Default Rented Serenity, thought it was great.

Saw Annapolis, though it will not make Napper's nipples hard, found it watchable.

Just watched it (Serenity)... Nobody told me it was just a movie version of Firefly. The guy at the video store told me they cancelled the series.

Why? Is it because I don't have cable anymore? They didn't have to go and cancel the whole show!

Anyway... Great movie. I enjoyed it (but then again, I liked the show too)

I didn't know it was related to Firefly either. They cancelled the show? When did they do that?

Yikes I can't follow anything.

Like in 2002 after they aired 11 episodes.

My only problem with the movie is that I think the concepts work better on TV where you have more time to explore character arcs and all that.

Yes they cancelled the show...it was on FOX. You can buy it online for around $25. You can get, I believe 14 episodes. It is worth it and it is fun.

I know people have already said this, but if you really liked Serenity, go buy or rent the series (Firefly) . We rented from blockbuster.com. It helps flesh out the characters and the back story.

Since Serenity didn't make much money, I don't know if they're going to make another one or not. It's too bad about the series being canceled. One problem with sci-fi series is that most women claim to hate sci-fi. I'm not sure why that is.

I rented it last weekend and fell asleep about 30-45 minutes into it. But that was mainly due to the fact that I have getting by on 5-6 hours of sleep each night. I will have to get some rest and give it another shot.

I can do that for several days in a row but eventually it catches up with me. Getting old I guess. 6.5-7 is perfect for me. Any more than that and I can't go to sleep the next night.
