Hale Center Theater
I'm not a big theater guy, and pretty much hate musicals, but a friend of ours invited my wife and I to go see "Annie Get Your Gun" last night. I have to admit, I enjoyed it. It's not in the same universe as Broadway quality, of course, but for having only local talent performing, it was pretty entertaining, I would go again. The Salt Lake Valley is lucky to have a place like this.

I've been there; it's not Pantages but it's a good theater.

Ditto on the recommendation. I saw the Scarlet Pimpernel there (the one in West Valley). It was good. Mrs Meanie loved it. I scored major husband points for taking the Mrs. out. I even accumulated enough husband points to get laid after we got home. Thus, Hale Center Theater ranks right up there in my book.

I have good friends who are members of the Hale family - grandkids of Brother and Sister Hale. I just hate the theater too much to ever want to go because one of two things would happen -
I'd get tossed out for causing a disruption. I'd go punch my friends in the face for continuing the theater and thus ending a friendship that has been ongoing for the last 30 years. I could deal with the first, but don't want to chance the 2nd happening.

I'd go see more musical theater, but unfortunately I don't have a vagina.

Next thing we know you'll be posting about the effect that the sheen of sweat glistening off the muscle bound ballerina male mercernaries has had on you.

I love good theater. I'll see Les Mis or Phantom anywhere & anytime. The fact that it gets me laid more often than not is simply butter. I've never been to Hale though.
I got season tickets last year to Pioneer up at the UofU. I got laid at least half a dozen 'extra' times because of it. WELL worth the $140 I spent.

Yeah, but for you it's the same woman over and over ago.
