Ok, I am very curious about this guy. I see his physical dimensions and can't help but be optimistic. I'm assuming that he hasn't served a mission yet? If so, he better get it out of the way now. He seems like a highly recruited QB that has the physical tools to become a special player. So with him going on a mission, can we assume that he will be our QB of the future? I sure hope so. Especially if he is mobile. How do you guys forsee his contribution to the program in the fture?
While on the note of discussing the QB's. Wouldn't it be wise to recruit a QB every year? Say sign an LDS QB one year and the next sign a non-LDS QB. Witht eh non-LDS QB you wouldn't have to worry about him serving a mission, providing continuity for the program (see McMahon, Detmer and Sarkisian). Otherwise, we may experience another 2002-04 with the QBs again.

You're right. It's smart to recruit a QB every year. Most highly touted prospects don't work out.
