This may be an unpopular stance, but I like Stern a whole lot more. You gotta give the guy some credit for standing by his decision and meeting his detractors head on in a point/counter point forum.

If you haven't heard his interview w/ Dan Patrick, I would try to find it, or at least a transcript of it.

David Stern absolutely worked Patrick over and Patrick is supposedly one of these guys that "asks the tough questions." Stern made him look stupid, IMO.

With the way the NBA has been in the last 10 years (an it made its own bed), I appreciate that the commish is taking steps to better the image of his league.
