Touch is erotic if somebody is adept at it, for either gender. Again, arousal starts in the brain, not in the physical connection. There are many places more sensitive to arousal, not obvious to the uninitiated, which can stimulate this arousal.
In any event, if she were aroused by you, then she could orgasm by prolonged kissing and embracing.
