I have rarely used my power song (
Breaking the Habit, Linkin Park), mainly because I forget that its there. But last week I hit it toward the end of my run and finished off with a 6:53 mile. Bummer that the Nike Zoom challenge only takes the first mile of your run. That was a lot of suffering to have no record of it.
