Who needs Wii fit?
Last week, my company started a "down with the pounds" competition and I joined. I've always had trouble in the motivation department until now. I recently started jogging in place while I play my Play Station 3. A typical game of NCAA 2009 takes me 35-45 minutes. It works up a good sweat and thus far in the challenge I've lost 8 lbs in about 2 weeks.
