Thing is, we were cruising at 20 mph and it was a four lane road with very little traffic. I was trying to get his plate number (one of those Las Vegas plates with the black panel) when he did his little braking maneuver and I went one way and my buddy went another.
Last week we were nearly taken out by a little mexican dude in a really old Mazda pickup. He just wasn't paying attention as we rode through a construction zone on Spencer. Once he saw us he slowed right down.
There are all kinds of hazardous drivers around. It's unfortunate that law enforcement doesn't seem to care and nearly always takes the side of the motorist when there is a collision. It guess it is easier for them.

Law enforcement takes the path of least resistance, usually.
You know my buddy, at least you should. Have you seen Mike recently, last I rode with him, his back was hurting him?
