I don't know much about you other than the bullets on your CV. Never heard you speak on recorded media. I really don't have an idea if you are a good coach. To some degree, since you have never been a HC, no one does.
But I'm really crossing my fingers that you can inject some enthusiasm into this program, that you can recruit better players, and you can take us to the next level.
