I made a killer pizza this weekend, baked it on a stone.

The recipe was super simple and well worth it.

Dough:

3 C of flour
1 tsp of salt
1/3 C of olive oil

mix

1 Tablespoon of yeast
1 1/4 C of warm water
1 tsp of sugar

mix

Combine all ingredients, mix and let raise.

Topping:

1 Chicken breast (cooked in favorite seasonings, I like cooking it in olive oil with parsley, basil, garlic salt, pepper)

1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C Frank's Red hot
Mozzarella Cheese to liking

Combine brown sugar and Frank's and heat, cook the chicken breast and add into the mixture.

Roll out pizza dough onto baking stone, form crust, add strips of cheese, add the chicken mixture, and top with additional cheese.

Cook at 450 for 15-17 minutes.

Serve with Ranch.

A solid meal, little prep time, and good tasting.
