They're some soft calf leather, which are about as comfortable as cowboy boots are, not very. I don't even know if they're riding boots or walking boots, as only my father can inform me how to tell the difference. He usually orders some custom ostrich out of san antonio, but a lot of money for something i don't wear never made any sense to me.
