VV, I remember talk of that meeting. How did it go? mike said you were really cool and took the time to walk him through the basics on how to start making nice cash off real estate. I think he even bought your book, is that correct?
No doubt mikewaters is well on his way to a lot of Sch E income to add to his bottom line IF he invests the right way.
I am still stuck waiting for my pad in Villa Park....when are the prices going to come down? I am tired of waiting!
