I think the role of women in the church is the biggest issue of the next 10 years and likely a lot longer than that.
So these three will play a large role in that. One of the three has a wife who was a senior partner in a law firm and they had one child (far from your stereotypical "authentic" LDS family).
But who knows. I don't know. It will play out as it plays out.
It's not like I knew what was going before these three, and it's not like I will know what's going on while these three are at work.

In your campaign against obesity, two of the the three women fail. Two are fat and one is not necessarily obese, but the fall in line with the wives of Mormon leaders.
I agree the role of women will be significant but there appears to be little movement to increase the role outside of conservative, be not seen or heard, which is currently the norm in the LDS Church.
