It seems it would be so easy to nail a lot of these SOB's. Visiting a child website 1 or twice could be an accident. Visiting mulitple ones more than 3 times and really is there reasonable doubt you aren't dealing with a pervert.
3 different sites, at least 3 times and we track you down and cut your nuts off. What is wrong with that.
