If Iran started a university, it would be like BYU
It would have an honor code (code of conduct) that would dictate things like what you wear, how modest it is, it would seek to have people report infractions. It would investigate women for rape, to see if any behavior prior to the rape was reason for expulsion. It would limit the role of women. It would say "if you don't like it, get out, there are ten people waiting to take your place." It would of course be incredibly homophobic. It would regulate and limit academic freedom. And so forth.
