I think that you may be right in that I carry a fair amount of weight in my face. 7 pounds is nothing, but probably a half dozen people have mentioned something the past 2 or 3 weeks. And its not like I wear UnderArmor down to the gym or anything.

We are the same height, but I've got 35 lbs on you. I've been around 215 since college. The problem is that now most of the weight has shifted to my midsection.
I'm thinking now that I no longer need the extra weight (in muscle bulk of course) to block home plate, I could drop 30 lbs and go more for tone than bulk.
Losing the weight is now a serious thing for me.
