The admin meetings fall on the people in leadership positions. Depending on what kind of ward you are in, those leadership positions may be recycled over and over among the same people (men mostly).
Important things do happen in Bishopric meetings, ward council, PEC. Discuss what is going on with new members, struggling members, investigators.
It's just that it's not MY strength to be an administrator. So I don't like it very much. Some people love it.
