One thing. The kid REALLY wants to play in the NBA. And he believes he can contribute meaningfully in the NBA.
He is not interested in just cashing checks for the next years playing in obscurity in Europe.
I laugh when BYUTV talks about how great Travis Hansen's Russian basketball career was. When us BYU fans can't name a team he's been on over there, nor ever saw a game. I'm happy he cashed checks, but his pro career means zero to me.
Jimmer doesn't want that. I'm glad. Because none of us are going to pay any attention to Euro-Jimmer.
