I like you because you're a villain. My favorite character in Paradise Lost is Satan; he steals the show. I was very flattered when you called me Satan. The worst villain in fiction is what makes Blood Meridian a work of genius. My oldest son called me a natural villain the other day. He seems to love me nevertheless.
