I met a guy this weekend who is hardcore into p90x. He looked thin and mean compared to the last time I had seen him. He is very much into the diet part as well.
Also play ball w/ someone who does it off-and-on. Not hardcore. But I can tell when he has been doing it, because he is much stronger.
And my uncle swears by it as well.
I've put on some muscle, but I need to get lean and ripped. I might give this a shot.
