5.11c in Moab... Oh... This is the cycling forum...

Toughest climb I know is Big Cottonwood Canyon then up Guardsman Pass to "S*** hill" over the Wasatch Crest.

It's a Mtn. Bike trail, but I honestly can't think of anything more difficult.
