Why does the BCS play its championship game on 7th of January - after the NFL playoffs have already started? In NFL cities, like Seattle, where a playoff game happened two days prior, there is no coverage or hype for the game. None. All of the media is 100% NFL and this is town with strong interest in NCAA football.
