My luck with race lotteries is non-existent. I entered St. George in '05, didn't get in. Entered the New York City lottery in '06...nope. Entered NYC again in '07...nuh-uh. I'm trying it again this year, and with my luck it's most likely I will get in because there's no way I can afford to go. So I'll eat the entry fee and defer to next year. If I don't get in that will be best, since after 3 straight denials you get in automatically the fourth year.
