Sometimes you gain, sometimes you lose
I recently returned home after living out of a suitcase for 28 days. Without making time to exercise, and eating a lot of take out and caffeinated sodas, I gained 8 lbs during those four weeks. That was as of Monday morning.
Monday I ate macaroni and cheese for lunch, and two philly steak burgers with chili cheese fries for dinner.
Tuesday (yesterday) I had the sampler platter from Neely's BBQ which includes four ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, a sausage link, beans, slaw, and bread.
This morning I got on the scale and have lost 2 lbs over these two days.
