is the Longhorn Network.
Because Texas doesn't want to give it up in favor of a Big 12 network.
And the other schools (i.e. OU) resent not having a conference network and seeing the amount of money that Texas gets.
Texas has always been the bully school who doesn't give a crap about anyone else.
