The problem racism is systematic, pervasive and unfortunately at many levels of governing tolerable. It is one of the greatest failings of north American society.

Sure it is systematic. Which is why it takes time to eradicate. However, My father is less racist than his father, and I am less racist than my father. I fully expect my children to be less racist than me.
