I read your comments exactly HOW they should be read. The fact is you do NOT currently live outside of the US. And that you have not lived outside the US as an adult with adult worries and concerns. My point was to suggest that you cannot frame this discussion in American terms.

If the study is SOOOO inaccurate, go get the data and debunk it. Until then you have ZERO credibility.
