I love the ad on television of the woman that is jogging and everyone she passes is just staring at her and admiring her...she runs by John Stamos, Tyrese and a bunch of other people and they are just staring at her. They show her and she is an average looking mid 40s person--the implication is that when you are working out, you see yourself in a much better light.
I agree...I believe that I am a wonder when I am fit. Not a Patrick Swayze wonder, but not bad.
