cement curbing
i had curbing put in the front yard and in the back... spent 2.45/ft. after 140 ft of curbing, i calculate it added about 20k in equity. the home should sell for double what i paid for it in 5 years because i've planted 6 maples with some really nice mulch in the garden areas. it's amazing what a little curb appeal can do.
