Don't worry about keeping up with me. Lotoja goes up and my bike doesn't like the up stuff. I'm trying to lose weight but it's going very slowly.
Back when I was young and fast I got down to 165 lbs (I'm 6' 3"). I went home for a weekend and my Mom asked if I was on drugs. Their must be a fine line between looking like you're in shape and looking like a crack addict.
