The creation of guns and the right to keep and bear arms (2nd Amendment) is the problem here. Only law enforcement officials should be allowed to touch a gun. Young lost souls like this guy should have never had the opportunity to hurt innocent bystanders or cops who are protecting law obeying citizens.
