I've eaten Muktuk, Walrus, Sheefish, Brown Bear, Dried Salmon dipped in rendered seal oil.
Muktuk was like chewing on the everlasting gobstopper made from fat, I think with every bite the piece just grew in size. It tasted like....... Well what you would think Whale blubber would taste like.
Shee fish was awesome, so was bear.
I also received an Oosik as a gift from a native Alaskan friend, Oosik is an enlarged walrus penis bone; looks like a piece of Ivory from an elephant or bone from a Whale.
