EDIT: Clinton pardon 140 people on the last day of his presidency, roughly 75% of the entire number pardoned by Bush for his entire two terms.

Mea Culpa. I was going by the wikipedia list of pardons issued by both presidents, which upon further review, is only a partial list. I still have faith that he can pull ahead though.
You have any predictions for last minute pardons Tex? Abramoff? Clemency for Clemens perhaps?
