Can there be a filter that removes certain posts?

For example:

If user "MikeWaters" post includes the words "DDD" or "TripletDaddy", the post is ignored.

If user "TripletDaddy" post includes the words "MikeWaters" or "Mike", the post is ignored.

Is it feasible with vBulletin software? I'd be willing to donate again.
