There have been prophetesses in the past. Jesus first appeared to women after death. Jesus commissioned women to tell His apostles of His resurrection. Women, in the past moreso than today, participated in the laying on of hands for the administration of the sick. I don't think it will ever happen, but there seems to be some 'evidence' to show that maybe in the following life priesthood lines will extend past men.
