This was probably the finest toy I received as a lad.
I made a ramp, put all the fisher price cars and endlessly jumped the hero over them. My brother and I would experiment with ramp elevation to get the optimal distance from a jump. Even thought about how to make a flaming hoop, but luckily never built it.
Then of course, dual ramps, me on one, my brother on the other, and try to get the timing right to have a mid air collision.

I had the stunt cycle as well. Our favorite thing to do was to put Evel in wierd positions (standing on his head, backwards, etc.) and laugh uproariously as we jumped him off the curb and into the street.
