I've run a grand total of 11 miles in the month since the marathon. I'm going to give it a couple of more weeks and then test it out. I don't have any races I want to do until next April, so I figure I'll be sure and let it heal so I can have a good year next year. I'll have plenty of time to get the fitness back.
