My observations are empirical, and seem to be supported by others. Whether they are accurate will be borne out later.
No I don't worship the men, even if I acknowledge their authority. They are not my heroes. They are mostly good men doing a hard job, but that doesn't mean more diversity and more breadth in experience wouldn't benefit us all.
