Default 1/2 Marathon Training plan

I was reading Outside Magazine while at the dentist today. There was a nice article on the basics of running

Since I am most likely going to do a 1/2 marathon this fall I was intrigued by this training plan by Ryan Hall's coach. http://outside.away.com/outside/body...-marathon.html

It seems to expect that you already have a good base of miles in you, but I imagine if I actually follow this that I can reach my goal of a good 1/2.
