April 12 Owens valley Hospice 10 k Result: I sucked, almost puked at mile 3, major stomach cramps. Just a bad day. 44:59

That is about all I know about for now. Hopefully there will be more and I actually get to do the ones listed. I may even be talked into doing ULCER again if RCVikings agrees to let me sit on his wheel for the last 40 miles.

one race I won't be doing but I would like to eventually is the Eastern Sierra Double Century: http://www.planetultra.com/easternsierra/ would be a fun one

At some point I will also be doing a tri with my brother in Utah somewhere.
