Default Driving a car like an a**hole

Since I have gotten my new car, that some might call a sports car (rear wheel drive, 300HP, sport suspension), my driving habits have changed.

I have discovered something. You know those guys in fast cars that zip around the interstate, switching lanes, going fast, tail-gating? Do you know why they do that? I finally know the answer. Because they can.

What I mean is that the car can do more. It responds. It's glued to the road. It's stable and it does whatever the hell you tell it to do.

What would have been terribly dangerous in my sentra feels perfectly safe in my car. I can go faster, but I can also stop much faster. I can go around turns faster. I couldn't do that in a cheap little sedan.

Now don't get me wrong. I'm not driving like a maniac. I drive defensively, and I don't drive dangerously. I don't tailgate I don't go crazy on the velocity. But in this new car, I've learned that when you can you often will.

When you can you often will. That's both the triumph and tragedy of man. No doubt about it.
