It is named Fresco. It's a little place on 1500 E and about 1500 S on the east side of the street. The sign is hard to notice because it is small and is partially covered by ivy and there is a little archway you need to walk through to get to the restaurant. It's best to make reservations and cost for my wife and I is about $50-60.
