Why not make it more difficult to purchase rounds?
I can walk into any Wal-Mart, purchase a large portion of shells without presenting anything save a picture I.D.
Few things that should occur IMO:
a. Stop selling hand guns.
b. Place restrictions on the amount and regulate more thoroughly the ability to purchase hand gun rounds.
Side note, does the VT leadership and local police not look completely incompetent?
Bomb threats, a multiple homicide. Why in the hell was class not called after the first shooting, especially since the 'person of interest' was not apprehended?
