Does BYU basketball have a strength and conditioning coach - or do they use the same guy as the footbal team?
Plaisted would certainly benefit from some weight training. He's still young and may not have quite yet filled out to a full mature body, but it would make him that much tougher to defend if he had the strength. Neville was not really strong his redshirt year, but he gained so much from training.
