After five kids I've long noted that genetics of eye color is a lot more complicated than as taught in Genetics 101. Parents produce kids with the most amazing range of eye colors relative to their own. Gray is often a starting point. Odds are your daughter will be brown or hazel eyed. In my experience that's where gray eyes wind up. (I once had an Asian wife; actually she was half Asian half Norwegian, and I'm Dutch/British. We had two kids with hazel eyes and one light blue.)
