Sheesh. 12 surgeries, 2 knees. I hope your orthopod at least takes you for a spin in the Lexus that you bought him.
FWIW, I find cycling much easier on the knees than running, as I do both fairly regularly. Good choice in your situation.
Did you by any chance play catcher in bball? Just wondering.
