But assuming you're serious, il Pad, this means he is reining in the Oligarchs. Finance cannot drive prosperity. Sectors like Silicon Valley that really increase our standard of living by making things more efficient can.

I'm not sure what you're talking about Chino. I quoted Obama as saying that Wall Street is 50% of the economy and then pointed out that he wants the private sector to play a smaller role.
