Seeing this list reminds me of the fact that before I have college-aged children, I need to move to Virginia. I think that state has better public education than most. I don't really want to live in Virginia is the only problem there.
And I went to BYU primarly because it was so cheap. Looking back on that now, I am ambivalent about it. I don't know whether or not I regret that being my top criteria.
And the list mentions non-LDS pay more $, but it doesn't mention that they pay with their souls as well.
