Indeed, when you consider the inherent subjectivity, the differences are inconsequential. In undergrad, Utah, WA State, and Oregon are comparable.
As for areas in which Utah ecxels, BYU is non-existent.

I know you're trolling but BYU was downgraded from previous higher positions for a very subjective reason, its women graduates often fail to take fulltime jobs, thereby jeopardizing its job placement ratio, something BYU objected to, but was overruled. I bet to a lesser extent Utah experienced some downgrading as well.
