When I saw the title of this thread, I had an immediate flashback to Halloween 1998, which I had the fortune (I'll let you judge whether good or bad) to spend Halloweed in San Francisco on a business trip.
Just what that city needs is an excuse for people to dress in "costume" and go to work, etc.
You've never seen so many drag queens in office building elevators, etc.
